Whether your goal is to build muscle, endurance, or enhance your cardio, our fitness classes range from intense full body to fun and enjoyable workouts.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics classes range from 2-13 years of age and from beginners all the way to advanced. Tracy Bradshaw is our instructor and has over 20 years of experience in gymnastics. She has competed and judged at level 10 and is still involved in judging competitions abroad.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
We train very hard and are disciplined in the art of Jiu Jitsu. If you are interested in something challenging, fun, and would like to be a part of one of the fastest growing sports then Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is
for you.
Body Sculpture
This class is for Women Only. It is a low impact class. You will be using light weights or your own body weight. We focus on core strength for balance, improving your confidence, and becoming a better you! Great for beginners or those wanting to ease back into shape.
Bodycomp
This class is for women and men ages 13 & up. You will be using weights and your own body weight. We focus on strength and conditioning. Bodycomp is great for those who want to step their fitness level up and be pushed!
Lean Body Fitness Bootcamp
A four week session of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a workout led by NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and nationally certified bootcamp instructor.
Yoga
Designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format.
